Shipping, Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Coverage

We provide shipping services within Malaysia and selected international destinations.
International shipping fees are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination.
Additional customs duties or taxes may apply and shall be borne by the customer.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of
purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or washed items
• Hygiene-sensitive products once opened (including pillows and bedding)
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued after the returned items are received and inspected at our return centre.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
